Terms & Conditions – Jamaican Music & Food Festival 2025
By purchasing a ticket to the Jamaican Music & Food Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Tickets & Entry
Ticket holders are eligible for a refund up until November 15th, 2025. After this date, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket, which must be presented at the gate (printed or digital).
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
Attendees may be required to present ID upon entry.
2. Event Changes
The event will go ahead rain or shine.
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the lineup, schedule, or venue without notice if required.
In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. public health orders, extreme weather), ticket holders will be contacted with information regarding rescheduling or refund options.
3. Resale Policy
Tickets may only be resold with permission from the promoter. Unauthorised resale may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
4. Conduct & Safety
The festival is family-friendly. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
Security reserves the right to conduct bag checks upon entry.
Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas by attendees 18+ with valid ID.
5. Accessibility
The venue is wheelchair accessible.
No animals are permitted on site under any circumstances.
6. Photography & Media
By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
7. COVID-19 & Health Guidelines
Attendees must comply with current government health directives in place at the time of the event.
